Q. When I look up a book title, in the catalog, I get a "no item available" message. What does that mean?

When the library's catalog lists "no item information" for a title in the catalog, it means that the book is no longer available either because it was damaged beyond repair or it has gone missing. We can request it for you from another library system, through our InterLibrary Loan service, if you like. The fee is $2.00.
