We are sorry for the inconvenience. You can go into your account display, to your "Holds," and cancel the hold (on the wrong volume). Then, when you place a new hold request, you'll receive a choice of volumes with check boxes for choosing the volume you want. Or, you can call us at 626-744-4066 option 3 and we will be happy to do that for you.
