In many cases, your library PIN (Personal Identification Number) is the last four digits of the phone number you gave when you signed up for a library card. Library staff usually use those digits when setting a PIN for you. If you selected your own PIN or password, you can reset it if you provided an email address on your library card account, and still have access to the email address you provided: Use the "Forgot My PIN" function in "Log in" or "My Account" at https://pasadena.ent.sirsi.net/client/en_US/default#

Should you have any trouble accessing your account you may call or visit any Library for assistance.
