Q. How can I donate books?

Book donations are generally accepted at the The Friends of the Pasadena Public Library bookstore at Jefferson Branch Library.

As of January 8, 2025, the bookstore is currently closed, along with the Jefferson Branch Library, following the Eaton Fire.

Please check back with us for more information. When the bookstore reopens, you can donate books to the staff at the bookstore or in the donation box for the bookstore on the Jefferson campus. The regular bookstore hours are Mon-Thurs and Sat 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
