Your default PIN is usually the last four digits of the phone number we have on your account. If you try that and it does not work, please contact us for help. We can reset your PIN (and update your account information, if your address or phone has changed since you got your card).
You can also reset your PIN using your library card number by clicking on "Forgot my PIN" on your account login page. (Click on "Log In" or "My Account" in the bright blue menu at the top right of the catalog home page).
