The libraries closed when the wildfire started; what if my books are due?

All materials currently checked out of the Pasadena Public Library will be due no earlier than January 28, 2025. If you had materials checked out due before that date, the due date has been extended to January 28. As recovery progresses, due dates may again be modified.
We know many in our community are dealing with tremendous loss. We know there are many priorities and concerns to address in the immediate, so feel free to contact us for assistance with due date concerns on a case-by-case basis.
If you have questions or concerns about materials checked out which are lost or damaged due to the wildfire situation, please contact us when you have managed more pressing needs. We will remove those items from your account; you will not be responsible for replacement of these materials.
