Q. I am trying to renew a book online, but the system won't let me. Why not?

When another customer has requested a book, that particular book cannot be renewed.  You may also have reached the maximum number of renewals allowed. You can return the book and place your name back on the request list. If you need further information or assistance, please contact library staff.
