You can renew your books online by logging in to your account. There are two ways to do this: On the Library's home page http://cityofpasadena.net/library/, click on the “my account” link on the right-hand side of the page. Or you may also click on the “catalog” link at the top of almost every Library web page; after clicking it, click the “My Account” tab near the top of the catalog screen.
You'll be prompted to put in your entire library card number with no spaces, and then your four-digit personal identification number (PIN). If you had a password in the past that was four numbers long, that will be your PIN; for most other people, the PIN defaults to the last four digits of whatever phone number we have in their record.
Once you’ve logged in to your account, click the “Checked Out” feature to see your items. Either mark the box next to each item you wish to renew, or mark the box at the top of that column to select all items. Then click the "Renew" button.
