The Jarvis Studio was located at 29 E. Colorado St. in Pasadena. We have only two Pasadena City Directories that list the studio at all. It is located at that address for both the years 1887 and 1888. According to the pamphlet:

Pasadena photographs and photographers 1880-1915 : an exhibit presented by the Pasadena Historical Society / essays by Mary Melissa Patton and Ronna H. Berezin (1982)

Lucius Jarvis bought the Frost Studio in early 1886 and sold it in 1894. The same pamphlet mentioned that Jarvis sold some prints under his imprint from negatives he acquired from the Frost Studio which opened in sometime in 1882 or 1883. Unfortunately the only city directories we have from this era are the city directories for 1887 and 1888.
